ABOUT THE PRESENTERS:
Tammi Stevens started teaching fitness classes in college and quickly fell in love with exploring a wide variety of formats – she has been certified in and taught most all of them! She enjoyed the physicality of yoga over the years, but the day she connected mentally and spiritually with yoga was the moment she knew her path had been leading her to teach yoga. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2016 and has been blessed to be able to share her love of yoga ever since. She still teaches other formats occasionally, but yoga is her true love. The practice, the connection, and the mental calm she has found on the mat has helped her in life off the mat as well. When Tammi is not doing yoga, she’s developing online learning courses for the State of Oregon, hiking with her family, walking through the woods, and soaking up any and all sunshine with a good book.

Cheri Carandanis is an abstract painter, speaker, and healer who believes creativity can be a lifeline back to our truest selves. A U.S. Air Force veteran and former Critical Care Air Transport nurse, Cheri spent 25 years holding space for others in moments of crisis – until a traumatic brain injury brought her own life to a halt.
What could have been the end became a rebirth. Painting became her medicine, her language, and the way she reclaimed her voice. Through her art and story, Cheri now guides women to uncover their own resilience, encouraging them to embrace the messy, beautiful process of becoming.
At this retreat, she’ll share how creativity is not about talent or perfection. It’s about freedom, healing, and daring to show up fully as yourself, especially during the wild, transformative years of perimenopause.
