“Holistic” as a word references wholeness, and acknowledges that a being is more than a collection of parts. When applied to health, this implies seeing beyond symptoms and injuries and treating a whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

My mission at Petya Wellness is to meet clients where they are and support them as they create vibrant lives by using integrative nutrition, mindfulness, essential oils, and other time-tested practices. By incorporating holistic wellness and functional nutrition, I collaborate with clients to uncover the root causes of their health concerns and address any emotional obstacles to their healing.

Holistic health coaching enables people to reach their best physical, mental, and emotional state by using food as an essential tool to nourish and heal. My work draws deeply on the food-mood paradigm, and I guide clients as they unearth the connection between what they eat and how they feel – emotionally, mentally, and physically. During this process, clients develop the skills they need to reshape habits and lifestyles for the long term.

Nature’s healing powers are unlimited. I learned this as a child, growing up in a family that prized natural remedies. We have long embraced the use of herbs, teas, and homemade foods to treat illness. My family taught me from a young age about the profound potency of natural medicine, and that thread has carried through to my offerings as a Holistic Health Coach. I am truly passionate about helping people discover the aromatic and healing properties of essential oils.

As a Certified Essential Oil Coach, I hold a diploma from the Essential Oil Institute, recognized by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. The value of incorporating essential oils into a wellness regime—long understood by complementary health practitioners—has now been recognized by promising research, and studies have shown that they can be used to address countless ailments.
